{"id":6213,"date":"2024-02-29T23:09:00","date_gmt":"2024-02-29T14:09:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/chiakikouno-xt9.local\/?p=6213"},"modified":"2025-12-23T23:15:13","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T14:15:13","slug":"wcasia-2024-panelist","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chiakikouno.com\/en\/wcasia-2024-panelist\/","title":{"rendered":"I Spoke as a Panellist at WordCamp Asia 2024 in Taiwan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Having served as an organiser for both the 2020 Bangkok event (which was cancelled at the last minute due to the pandemic) and the 2023 &#8220;re-run&#8221; in Bangkok, I had initially planned to take it a bit easier for the <a href=\"https:\/\/asia.wordcamp.org\/2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WordCamp Asia 2024<\/a> in Taiwan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, as the opening day on 8th March coincided with International Women&#8217;s Day, a special panel discussion was organised. Titled &#8220;Shaping the Future with WordPress Women&#8221;, this session brought together women from the WordPress community to share their journeys and exchange views on career challenges.
